A Little About Us
My name is Pete Becchina, and after 15 years running and being a partner in my family restaurant business, I decided to begin “investing” in real estate. I say that very loosely, because I had no idea what I was doing and put too much faith and trust into my Realtor to make my decisions for me. Please don’t misread that statement, I take full responsibility, because in this business you better do your due diligence! I learned that lesson the hard way, and decided the best way to get my money back was to jump in with both feet. I began studying the business and took my license exam in 2006. I passed and went to work part-time at Re/Max, but I still had my hands tied up with my restaurant endeavors to make a full commitment and it was short-lived.
Fast forward to October of 2012, I sold off my remaining interest in the family business and decided to go full-time into real estate. I began interviewing at different brokerages and settled on Keller Williams Real Estate -Blue Bell, PA. That move changed my life in too many ways to list here. Let’s just say I found the right company, the right training, and most importantly, the right coach to help me with my mindset. My first year I had a slow start, mainly because I wasn’t completely believing in myself. I found my groove and by the second year, I joined one of the top teams in the country, and sold 23 homes. Today I am six months in to 2015, and already have 21 transactions closed and pending, with a goal of 50 for the year.
My focus for this site will be on both developing the skills, and helping implement the tools and technology necessary to take your business to the next level. My partner, Cindy Wadsworth, will be focusing on mindset mainly. She has been in the top 1% of agents for over 25 years, and currently runs a very successful team in the Keller Williams Blue Bell office. One of the benefits that attracted Cindy to Keller Williams was an environment that promotes growth and the ability to seek out other opportunities. It was here where Cindy discovered her true passion, which is coaching. Cindy has been coaching people with both their business and personal lives for over 8 years. She is also the productivity coach for the office, tasked with helping both new and experienced agents overcome the dreaded “drunk monkey” in their head…something every agent has to deal with from time to time, including top producers.
We both would like to thank you for taking the time to get to know us a little bit and we look forward to not only helping you create the best real estate career you can, but also in getting to know you along the way as well.
